We are Omakase Por Favor, a fine dining coastal Mexican restaurant with a Japanese Omakase dining style. We are a guest facing kitchen, thus, applicants must be comfortable interacting with guests and maintaining a well groomed and professional dress code. We are looking for a part-time line cook. Minimum two years experience. Must be able to work nights and weekends.
This position will involve shucking oysters, building dishes from cold stations, delivering dishes to guests and giving accurate and enthusiastic descriptions, lots of cleaning, adhering to Chef's instructions at all times, and maintaining a calm and quick work flow during stressful and high pressure situations.
